Location

This authentic French and extremely comfortable countryhouse is situated on the borderline of the Aude and Ariège on the 600 ha big lake of Montbel.

Many of our guests have already enjoyed this lovely quiet spot with a private beach on the clear and warm lake. The cool river l’Hers is the boundary of our 5 ha big property.

La BB is not a transit house but a guide to the long and eventful history of the region.
The house is a suitable place for families, but also for workshops, seminars, weddings and small conferences.

Apart from swimming you can also go watercycling, canoeing, sailing, surfing and fishing (carp) in and on the lake.The surroundings offer countless possibilities for excursions.
Next to the house we have a pleasant and huge atelier of 120m2 for rent.
In the fore-and after season and in case of vacancies during the holidays, we let
rooms for individual guest.
On the groundfloor there is a lovely big, covered terrace which joins the library, a big livingroom with an open fire and a cosy well equipped kitchen with all necessary apparatuses.
 Sometimes we let a seperate gite in our romantic garden (max. 3 persons).
